Why two townships
Why we work only in Tredyffrin and Easttown
Most plumbing companies that serve this area cover dozens of towns from a distant office. We chose the opposite. Working in two townships lets us know the details that decide whether a job goes smoothly.
The water
Much of T/E is served by Aqua Pennsylvania’s Pickering Creek system, and a local water treatment company reports roughly 7 to 10 grains per gallon of hardness. That scale is behind many toilet, faucet, and water heater problems, and it shapes which parts we recommend. Read our hard water guide.
The sewers
Easttown’s sewage flows into thirteen pumping stations before reaching the Valley Forge Sewer Authority or the Trout Run plant, and Easttown limits grease in drains. Tredyffrin connections follow township code and the Municipal Authority’s specifications.
The permit rules
Pennsylvania has no statewide plumbing license. Tredyffrin requires a master plumber, or a journeyman under one, for drain, sewer, waste, and vent work, and Easttown requires a written permit to open a building sewer. See our permits guide.

If a good fixture needs a cartridge, it gets a cartridge. If old galvanized pipe keeps failing, we will tell you that repairs are just moving the problem.
Tell people what they do not need
A musty taste from the source water does not need a filter from us, and not every home needs a water softener. We would rather you test first.
